Specs wise, seems you've way met the requirements of the game.  The only thing that's suspect is your in-board graphics.  But, since the game isn't like a shooter game, it may play fine.  You might have to turn down the detail settings in the game.  But, your system is so much faster than the requirements I'm almost thinking you should be ok.

dual core processors = double as fast as what u used to have.

so yes you will be fine, even with a integrated graphics card w/o a driver lol
